Their availability to consult on a variety of questions that we had is unparalleled. Also key is their well-developed network of home service professionals (e.g., roofing, drywall, etc. and multiple in each specialty) who can be trusted to do quality work and give honest opinions/estimates.
Furthermore, Brad earns trust through his deep dive into areas like understanding upcoming business on planning commission dockets and attending relevant zoning meetings for fact finding. This is an exemplary, high level of professional service fitting of a committed professional. It might be 15+ years before we want to move again, and we will seek Inhulsen team to work with first.
