Scott was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so grateful to have been connected with him! We needed to sell our home quickly as we were moving out of state, and from the very beginning Scott walked us through what the process would look like, offered support during showings, and took care of all the details to showcase our home at its best. We also had to move before closing, and Scott and his associates arranged yard cleanup and a full house clean. He even walked through personally without us there to make sure everything was ready for the buyers. He remained in constant contact for all of our questions, and always advocated for us when negotiating with the buyers' agent. I remember Scott telling us he would make this as low-stress as possible, and he was true to his word. Thank you to Scott, Carli, and the NextHome team!

Finding the right home is one thing...finding the right people to guide you through the journey is something entirely different. Working with Carli and Scott was one of the best parts of my home-buying experience.

What makes them such an incredible team is how naturally they combine professionalism with genuine care. At every stage, I felt like they were fully invested in helping me find not just "a" house, but the RIGHT house. They listened closely, offered thoughtful advice, and always made time for my questions and concerns.

Carli brought such warmth, attention to detail, and steady communication throughout the process, while Scott's insight and calm confidence made even the more stressful moments feel manageable. Together, they created an experience that was collaborative, supportive, and surprisingly enjoyable.

He is an excellent communicator and very prompt in providing information in a manner that is understandable. Even though it's been stressful to buy and sell our homes, Scott has been there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Scott. Scott Nitzel did an amazing job with the selling of my home. He put a sign up in the yard and took care of the showings and let us know about the possible buyers. He was very communicative with the whole process, letting us know about what they buyers were looking for or if there were concerns that the buyers brought up. I would definitely recommend Scott and use him for any property selling. I will definitely be using him and his company again!
