I highly recommend Brad and the Inhulsen Team! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Brad was amazing throughout the entire process. He was helpful, thorough, honest, and always took the time to explain things and answer any questions we had.

He sent us listings, helped us figure out what we were really looking for, and guided us through deciding which home was the best fit for us. He also handled all of the paperwork and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way, which made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming.

We had such a great experience working with Brad and are so happy with the home we chose. We truly felt like he had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Brad and the Inhulsen Team, especially to anyone buying their first home!

Brad was the most diligent, thorough, and professional realtor I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond in a most complicated and interesting sale of 2 of my properties. The experience was actually pleasant and memorable as his experience and dedication left us feeling in good hands

Brad was phenomenal! He did everything in his power to make the transaction as seamless as possible, and truly went above and beyond. I’d recommend him to anyone in Northern Colorado looking for an agent with more than ample experience and an overall great guy! In a market flooded with agents, he certainly stands out amongst the top!

We recently worked with Brad and Kim on our move to Loveland and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish they were everything you want in a real estate team — direct, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. They made what can be a stressful process feel manageable (even fun at times!), and their communication was excellent throughout. Their network of trusted lenders, repair professionals, and other resources made the whole process smoother than we expected. We're grateful for how quickly and seamlessly it all came together — highly recommend the Inhulsen team!

Brad and Kim were amazing from start to finish on our home buying journey. They bring a level of knowledge and understanding that is uncommon in the real estate business.

This was my 3rd time buying a home and they have made it the best experience, they’ve also kept in touch and continue to help after closing.

The Inhulsen Team was great to work with for our home purchase! Brad took the time to show us lots of homes to ensure we found the one we loved. He helped make sure we were protected in the purchase, as we were also selling a home out of state, and as the sale process progressed, helped rework things to get us in to our home sooner. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us the confidence we needed through the whole process! Thanks Brad and Kim for all your help!

Brad and Kim are amazing! Selling a home can be stressful and they make it easy. Whether helping line up service on the house, or jumping through hoops to make closing happen on a moments notice. Would never consider selling or buying a house with anyone else in Northern Colorado!

Inhulsen Team has been our go to for our last three home real estate deals, and will continue to be forever! Brad & Kim have deep, dedicated experience in Northern Colorado real estate. Their availability to consult on a variety of questions that we had is unparalleled. Also key is their well-developed network of home service professionals (e.g., roofing, drywall, etc. and multiple in each specialty) who can be trusted to do quality work and give honest opinions/estimates.
Furthermore, Brad earns trust through his deep dive into areas like understanding upcoming business on planning commission dockets and attending relevant zoning meetings for fact finding. This is an exemplary, high level of professional service fitting of a committed professional. It might be 15+ years before we want to move again, and we will seek Inhulsen team to work with first.

Brad and Kim did a great job. Brad really did a lot of work when it came to making contact with the builder and communicating the issue I had with the sale of my house and getting an extension done. He was helpful in getting a home inspection on my new home. Brad also was able to move up my closing for my new home and Kim sent all the paperwork I needed so I can make changes with my move. I would recommend Brad and Kim

The Inhulsen team was an amazing help for my wife and I for our triathlon home purchase. They were easy to reach, helpful in their communication, and used clear, easy-to-undersrand language as we were understanding everything there is about buying a home. They presented us with some perfect homes, and were excellent at bringing us home that fit our wants and budget.
