We used Joe to sell our house. We spoke to many realtors before choosing Joe. He listened to what we needed, he took a serious look at what our house was worth and was spot on with every piece of advice he gave and even helped us with some of the repairs and painting that we needed to do before listing. It means a lot when someone is that vested in your best interest! I Highly recommend Joe and his whole team for that matter! You will not be disappointed!

We just closed on our house thanks to Joe! We were on the same page about everything throughout the whole process . We knew selling our house from another state was going to be stressful but we also knew we were in good hands . Due to my husband and I being military we had to move before selling , and with that small things popped up that needed to get done at the house after we already left . Joe made sure it all got done and he even did some installing, painting, etc. I don’t think the process could’ve gone any smoother and we will already recommend Joe from NextHome to our friends in Colorado .

Joe has helped us sale 2 homes and was part of purchasing the last home we just sold! He was helpful and knowledgeable through both sales and buying of our home. Both he and his wife were in constant communication with us and were at the home at any point and time we needed them to be there. They were diligent on checking on the roof while it was being done during the sale of our home. We would highly recommend Joe and not just because we are friends, but because Joe did an amazing job for us in all our home transactions. He sold both our homes in 36 hours… I can’t guarantee that will happen for you, but I can guarantee Joe will get your house out to everyone he’s networked with and on social media sites! Working with Joe and Carrie was just an absolute delight! They made the process of buying a home so pleasurable! Joe worked nonstop to find the absolute perfect fitting home for our family! Carrie would not rest until she found the absolute right price and financing for our perfect house! They truly took away all the pressure and fears that come with being a first time home buyer! They walked me right through the whole process right from the very beginning all the way until I signed the papers to close!
