Chathan did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to help us complete our transition from our previous home.

Chathan was super helpful and accommodating! She was able to get a bunch of showings in for us over one weekend since we weren't in town for long and helped us so much along the way! I would definitely recommend her to others looking for their forever home ☺️

Chathan was wonderful with us, start to finish. She was enthusiastic and each time we went to look at houses she compiled a whole schedule for us to see as many properties as possible. During closing, she was such an amazing advocate for us and helped tremendously, each step of the way. Super thankful for all of her hard work. It was a long journey for us, but she never gave up hope for us to find the perfect home.

Unbelievably fast sell and a wonderful price. That's how this story should end but truly it was the beginning. I met with the real estate agent and she immediately put the house up for sale and within 3 days I had an offer. Simply the best. Professional communication skills were on par. I would recommend 10 out of 10.
