We purchased our home almost entirely virtually, as we were living in another state at the time. JT was exceptional throughout the process, providing video tours of numerous properties until we found the perfect home. We have done a few deals with JT, my wife and I. Always been straightforward with us and straightforward on our deals. We don’t like to go back-and-forth so we figure out a game plan before we write an offer or accept an offer. JT usually is right on the money with the first pencil. There is not much back-and-forth. It’s easy to do real estate deals with him. He gets right to the point doesn’t hem and haw or create excuses due to laziness. He is professional yet very personal. We love that. Thank you JT.

I lived in my house for 10 years before finally moving & while I was emotional about doing so, JT was so helpful in answering all my questions, helping me get everything ready, did MAJORITY of everything so I only needed to answer questions & do the bare minimum besides prepare to welcome a new person into a great home. JT made the process of everything from initial sit down, to signing seller paperwork, right on down to closing completely seamless. It was like working with a really good friend, which made my confidence skyrocket.
