We've worked with Brian on multiple deals this year, and he has made every thing so straight forward and easy that he's really taken a lot of the stress off of us. He's always been very accessible and honest; and he does a great job of walking us through our different options. He also has a great network - we asked him once on a whim if he knew any agents in another part of the country, and he was immediately able to connect us to someone so we could tour properties the next day. I'd recommend him for first time home buyers and seasoned investors, and everyone in between!

We needed to sell my Parents house and Brian walked us through step by step. He is very knowledgeable and caring and kept us informed with everything. We listed the house on a Monday and within a week it was sold. On the day of closing he was very respectful of my emotional feelings and had framed a picture of my childhood home and gave it to us. There is absolutely no way we could of done all this ourselves. I'm glad we put our trust in Brian.

We cannot recommend Spranger and Sachs Group ( JT Sachs and Brian Spranger) enough. They were so helpful and most importantly for us, they were so patient. JT or Brian answered every question in a timely fashion. They always answered email and texts within minutes. If that wasn't possible, they would let us know that they were working on the answer and would get back to us as soon as they had that.
Above all, they were personable and fun to work with.
