Neal did a great job, and I would whole-heartedly recommend him for whatever real estate matter you may have. We are out-of-state sellers with a unique property. He got us near what we asked for in a softening market. He took charge of getting several repair and maintenance jobs completed. He even did some mowing and trimming that he was not going to charge for, but we made sure that he was fairly paid for that.

Neal did a great job for us. We had a bit of a difficult property to sell. Even though it took a bit of time to sell it, he stuck with it and got us close to what we thought it was worth in a declining market. We were out-of-state sellers and he took care of getting all the repairs taken care of with different providers, and he even did some of the services himself - without charging us for it. I was so impressed, that i even had the title company add some extra money for him on the closing statement - and that's saying something for as tight as I am.

I had the opportunity to meet Neal last year when he sold me my current home in Patterson, Georgia. He is quite knowledgeable in this and the areas, as apparently this is where he grew up. He is knowledgeable on the legal aspect of local real estate transfers, is familiar frequent local flooding areas and has necessary contacts for questions regarding contractors and the like. I'm impressed that he has good Christian values, follows through with return calls, stays on top of the attorneys performance and keeps you informed of any changes, if they may arise. Neal recently was there for a smaller parcel I purchased as well. He was present and as usual, mature, pleasant, and involved. I will call Neal again when I need an excellent realtor.
