I had the opportunity to meet Neal last year when he sold me my current home in Patterson, Georgia. He is quite knowledgeable in this and the areas, as apparently this is where he grew up. He is knowledgeable on the legal aspect of local real estate transfers, is familiar frequent local flooding areas and has necessary contacts for questions regarding contractors and the like. I'm impressed that he has good Christian values, follows through with return calls, stays on top of the attorneys performance and keeps you informed of any changes, if they may arise. Neal recently was there for a smaller parcel I purchased as well. He was present and as usual, mature, pleasant, and involved. I will call Neal again when I need an excellent realtor.

Wendy was very patient with our home search. It took us several months to find a home that checked all of the boxes, but she listened to everything we were looking for in a home and was very patient throughout that process. She throughly explained the process and guided us each step of the way. She always had our best interest at heart; from finding the perfect home, to making an offer, and through the closing process. Wendy did a great job from the initial listing until the final closing. I was impressed with Wendy's knowledge of our home, surrounding market conditions, comparable homes in the neighborhood and the local market in general. It was obvious Wendy had done her homework prior to the first meeting as she answered every question without having to refer to notes or have to get back with an answer.
