Wendy did a great job from the initial listing until the final closing. I was impressed with Wendy's knowledge of our home, surrounding market conditions, comparable homes in the neighborhood and the local market in general. It was obvious Wendy had done her homework prior to the first meeting as she answered every question without having to refer to notes or have to get back with an answer.
