Lucardy Jean Francois

Buying a house isn't for the weak let me just say that. Having the right people in your corner to quickly text, call and email made a world of difference for me. Having Lucardy in my corner during this process was beyond a blessing for me. My coaches always said "there is no such thing as a dumb question"! So I did just that, asked a million question in every house I wanted to see. He gave me the best recommendations as if he was also buying the house which made me feel so much more confident in what I was doing. When I found the home I wanted I looked at it again and before I got back to my apartment I had a text of a pre drawn up offer asking if I wanted to make adjustments. I got a deal of a lifetime he made it all happen. Was prompt and responsive the whole way through. Despite the process being tough, I knew I had someone in my corner fighting with me I would highly advice anyone looking for a home to fist call Lucardy.
