Might be a little biased given that she's my sister-in-law, but Kimmy is a great realtor! She worked so hard to not only secure our new home, but to sell our old home at the same time. We recently sold a home with Michael Pion.
While the current market is extremely confusing given the shortage of homes and lack of comps used for pricing, Michael was able to develop a comprehensive analysis and plan to market our home.
He recommended a much higher price than my wife and I thought and it was in fact, almost $75K higher than the recommendation of another highly respected realtor.
As we worked through the process, I revisited the price with Michael and expressed concern that we were too high. He reassured me and we listed at his recommended price.
Michael brought in an outstanding photographer and digital media team that generated a ton of prelisting excitement.
In two days we had almost 24 showings and got 3 offers, two of which were at or above asking price.
Michael continued to provide service and advice through the closing of the sale. He even came over with a steam cleaner and helped address a stain that our movers left.
