Cate Sutz

From the moment I met Cate, I felt so comfortable to speak to her and express what I really wanted. I am very particular about what I wanted in a second home and Cate has been absolutely patient with my husband and I and very helpful. It has been about 5 years and while our lives have taken us all over the place, Cate stayed with us to help us when we were ready to look again. We appreciate all the patience she has had with us. We send her homes we like and she will make sure to book a showing if we'd like one and find out more information on the condo when we ask. She does her best to work with our schedule since we come from a couple hours away to look. Hoping to lock one in very soon! You can definitely trust in Cate to help you keep searching until you find "The One".

Cate is a top notch agent. From the first time I contacted her until the day I moved she was there for me. Cate was very quick to answer me when I had a question or concern. If she didn't know the answer she would get an answer for me in a timely manner. Cate always made sure to keep me updated on my listing and to make sure I understood everything. Cate also listened to me on various things and would talk to me and make suggestions on how to move forward. You will not be sorry to have Cate as your agent. Give her a call and let her work for you.

Cate did a great job selling my condo investment. Going to list another with her very soon!
