There are so many ways Cate helped me out moving from Ohio to Conway,SC. She always found the time to talk with me, send photos and potential homes for me to look at. Cate lived in the area for over 25 years and made me feel very comfortable about moving to Conway. And then when I arrived at my new house with the moving van, Cate and her son's and friend helped unload the truck. She has helped me out in so many ways. There's not enough praise and thanks I could give her, she's the Best.
Okay, i'm doing this by voicemail. So if my words get messed up, I think you might be able to figure them out . This lady goes out of her way to help people. She has gone out of her way to help me send me pictures of houses and it's been over a year. That we've been working together, and we want to come down to the coast. But things have not worked out to where our house has sold her house. And my condo hasn't sold because of construction in remodeling. We're hoping to get it done within by next summer. By this coming summer. But she has been a steady rock in trying to help us get down there. I love talking to her all the time. Because she has great ideas and stuff, and she shared things with me that I didn't know and then came to real estate on my mind about selling. All I can tell you is if you are lucky enough to get her. She will be on your side. The whole time? And that's what she's done for me. And my wife and we keep wanting to come down there and hopefully it's gonna happen.

From the moment I met Cate, I felt so comfortable to speak to her and express what I really wanted. I am very particular about what I wanted in a second home and Cate has been absolutely patient with my husband and I and very helpful. It has been about 5 years and while our lives have taken us all over the place, Cate stayed with us to help us when we were ready to look again. We appreciate all the patience she has had with us. We send her homes we like and she will make sure to book a showing if we'd like one and find out more information on the condo when we ask. She does her best to work with our schedule since we come from a couple hours away to look. Hoping to lock one in very soon!
