We found Nichelle through a central site for realtors, after some serious vetting. I remember a year ago calling her for NY and telling her We dont have an approval letter or a bank preapproval so I understand if you can not show us houses I dont want to waste your time. She immediately showed her professionalism, love, and passion for her career. She said, "It will be an honor to help you and your family with your retirement move and all the relocations you need, and NO, you don't need to bring any bank letter. YOU served our country, sir, and that's the least I can do for you and your family. We started with the best professional close, like a family-type relationship. She became our real estate guru not only in the Frisco area but also in my selling of my NY house LOL. Always within her scope of practice, but always answered questions to help us. It was like having a real estate concierge. We became an amazing team, military style: my wife would focus on room size and amenities with Nichelle, and I focused on price per square foot and the investment side, and again she guided me all the way. We trusted her so much that we bought the house; now we're going through a video showing LOLOL. We drove her crazy during these calls. Wife will be Nichelle: show me that closet again, open the doors, and let me see the colors. Close. I was like, "Stop there, Nichelle; focus on the crack and show me where it's going," LOL. The bottom line: in my many house experiences, I have never been treated with such loyalty and commitment to the client experience. It was clear her approach wasn't centered on money. Throughout the process, we encountered many mountains of barriers and obstacles; we wanted to throw in the towel, but she lovingly brought perspective, reasoning, reality, and hope to keep us on course.
