anthony went above and beyond to sell our house in little elm. he helped find painters, handyman, roofers, etc to make sure our house was in tip top shape to start showing. he was patient as we were building a new house which took longer than expected, he was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. we had multiple offers within hours of putting the house on the market, we discussed each in detail and he helped us pick the best one. if you need to buy or sell a house, anthony should be your first call. i have bought and sold several houses but anthony stands head and shoulders above the rest !!
We have purchased two homes with Anthony and could not be more happy with his attention to our wants and needs, his desire to get us the best deal possible, and his delightful and fun spirit. He cares for his clients and goes out of his way to make their sale or purchase a success!

I met with Kim in March2023, we discussed what I was thinking and she provided some information on comps in my area and what they were selling for. Kim and Katie were great to work with, they understood my needs and special circumstances (I have two large dogs & one just underwent major surgery). Once my house hit the market in April it sold within 5 days at full asking price. Kim knew just what was needed. He went above and beyond to help us sell our house and talked me off the ledge when stress ran high (because face it, moving out of a house you lived in for 20 years) can be stressful, lol! The vendors he works with are great too (Interior Designer/Stager, Title Office/Escrow Officer, etc.)
Plus when you work with Anthony you are supporting a beautiful family!! :)
