Juanita was such a pleasure to work with! Although she is relatively new, she has a lot of knowledge about the market in the area and has great relationships with listing agents. Whenever she didn’t know the answer to our questions she was able to find us an answer quickly. She was always very responsive and welcoming and rally made a point to understand what we were looking for and why so that the properties we looked at were high yield and not a waste of time. She was a joy to work with despite such a tumultuous housing market and she helped us find a home that we love and are very happy with!

Juanita made my first-time home-buying experience painless. She was extremely responsive, and I felt comfortable asking her all my questions. Juanita was extremely organized and coordinated home visits based on my preferences. I always felt in good hands with Juanita during the house search since she did her homework on each of the properties. Her ability to establish good relationships with the listing agents is why I had my first offer accepted under asking in a competitive CA market! I would highly recommend Juanita if you’re interested in a property. She is very knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest in her work. She is also very patient and makes sure that everything is perfect and up to par before accepting an offer. We recently bought a 2nd home in Vallejo, and Juanita assisted us through every step of the process, from scouting out locations in Concord, Walnut Creek, and Vallejo. Juanita was knowledgeable about all the areas. She never tired of me emailing her with questions about Zillow listings and offered her best advice on each property, being totally honest. We truly felt our particular needs were important to her. She has a wonderful personality, and looking at properties was fun; I never felt rushed. Being a 2nd home for us, this was a lower-priced purchase; regardless, we felt we received as much attention to detail from Juanita as if buying a million-dollar place. Can’t say enough about her as a realtor and person. Highly recommend her!
