Cristina "CJ" Johnson

With a great pleasure I am writing this letter of recommendation for the realtor Cristina Johnson. We (me and my son) met her a year ago when we wanted to buy a property. It did not work for us as we lost deals with another agent. Cristina discussed our situation, showed us a few properties, and when she realized what we really want, she found such sell, and completed it to full our satisfaction. She purchased it for us from a seller who has been extremely difficult in communication, but Cristina has focused on completing the sale, even though it has meant a great deal of extra work for her. We met her at Open House, and very soon we recognized her winning qualities either as professional, or human being. She is knowledgeable, incredibly reliable, honest, prompt, and enthusiastic. We were first time buyers, and she did not hesitate to spend extra time to explain us many things and documents, to send us letters, etc. She helped us to communicate with loan officers as well. She managed all the necessary paperwork and the details of the closing and our escrow went smoothly. We met her on a business level, and once real estate needs would arise, we definitely go with her, and I do not hesitate to recommend her business to my friends, or colleagues. At the same time she is very nice and easy in communication, and I am glad that we developed a friendship that, I am positive, will continue.
P.S. At this difficult time of dealing with IRS we received a very detailed letter from Cristina, on what we should consider doing our taxes. She remembered that it was our first time when we calculated itemized deduction. It was really thoughtful of her, as she went above all her responsibilities.
