A couple years ago, my wife and I met with Matt to discuss selling our townhouse and buying another house. Due to several factors, we decided to wait for the right time. Then several months later, Matt called and told us that it was the right time. We trusted his knowledge of the market, and the following week put our home up for sale. It sold in one week, with multiple offers, for over asking, while other similar townhouses in the same complex did not sell.
Then came the fun part; Going out with Matt to open houses in search of our new house! Matt was very attentive and patient. He always had a plan and was very honest with his answers, even if the answer was not what we wanted to hear. He never “Beat around the bush” and was very straight forward.
My family is now living in a great home in a great neighborhood. We trusted Matt from the very beginning and he did not let us down. I have referred several friends and acquaintances to Matt and his team over the past two years and have gotten great feedback from them all.
Although buying and selling homes can be very stressful and overwhelming, especially in the Bay Area, Matt knows his stuff, and he has fun doing it!
