David is extremely professional, he knows the market, and provided good advice re setting a selling price. David covered the cost of re painting the entire interior of the house, and making small electrical repairs. David covered the cost of Staging the house for sale.
When multiple bids were received, david worked the deals, and was able to increase the sales price. After the deal was made, David personally visited the home to attend to pool water, irrigation, and trash removal.

Honestly, I would give David 6 stars if the program would allow me to. David came highly recommended and he did not disappoint!! My brother and I contacted him regarding the sale of my late father's rental property. He was professional, knowledgable and REALLY knew the market. He expertly negotiated the sale and got us exactly the amount we wanted - an amount that other real estate agents had told us was $150K higher than their estimated market value of our property.
