Larry put in many hours to help me locate and purchase an inexpensive condo that he was not likely to make much commission on. The sale dragged on for two weeks after the anticipated close of escrow (due to circumstances out of our control), but Larry remained calm and patient and answered all my questions quickly. He even served as my "man on the scene" when I couldn't make it to San Jose for inspections. Larry exemplifies the attitude one expects from an office called Customer Service Realty.
