Lisa Faria is a pleasure. She is efficient, caring, listens and always seems to be on top of things. She even answers her own phone! Lisa has helped me to purchase 2 properties, not the most expensive, yet I felt I got the same amount of attention as a high priced person. Lisa has become a delightful friend.

Lisa is amazing! Due to a new job, we were moving out of state. I wasn't sure if everything would come together. Lisa handled everything, and took most of the stress out of the sale. She was knowledgeable not only in how to market and negotiate, but where and how to fix up the home. Not only that, she answered ANY question I had during the process quickly and politely. Finally, she often went above and beyond what we expected. This included finding us a real estate agent in another state, and even setting up the connection for us. The agent she found was also wonderful, and helped us land a wonderful new home.

Some months ago my husband decided that we should start looking to buy a house. We considered a number of different cities within the SF bay area. After much looking we decided that the Morgan Hill/San Martin/Gilroy area would be the perfect fit for our family.

We discovered our Relator, Lisa Cassara, while attending an open house. We noticed right away that she is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the area as well as everything related to her profession. We also appreciated that she is a very down to earth kind of person who is very honest and caring. Too many of the real estate agents we met appeared to be very fake in manners as well as the way they presented themselves and seemed to care only about pushing sales. We were quite surprised when she asked us if we were intending to use a particular Islamic (non-interest loan) financing source for our loan. It was surprising to us because many real eastate agents we met have neither heard of this company nor dealt with it. That she has had experience with this really helped our decision to choose her to guide us in this adventure.

Lisa was very prompt about setting up the automatic email listings to meet our preferences. She is also incredibly prompt in responding to any emails/inquiries we made. Whenever we wanted to see a property she was on top of it and set it up quickly. When we discussed wanting a rural property she did all that she could to find listings for us in the price range we desired as well as answered our many questions and concerns we had regarding that. She also brought properties to our attention when she found one that she thought we would really appreciate and personally spent a whole afternoon going with us to look at and discuss each one.

When we found a place, unfortunately not a rural property like we had hoped for, that we thought suitable for our families needs she was very patient and wonderful about every detail of the process. She has been incredibly patient me (and the many requirements that I had for the house) and with my husband who finds it difficult to make up his mind on a place in a timely manner (it's a big decision and he's an engineer and naturally everything has to be calculate and measured and and and hahaha before he can be comfortable with a decision). She also took the time to answer my questions about the area and about places to buy farm fresh goods and so forth. Not everyone would take the time to give that personal level of attention and care. We are currently in the process of closing on a property and she has been great through the whole process. I could not have expected a better experience with a real estate agent.

I would very much recommend choosing Lisa for you home buying and selling needs. She is very well educated and is constantly taking classes and expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. She seems to be very well respected among her colleagues which is a very good thing when one is trying to buy a house because your relator will have to deal with other agents in the process. She is genuine and caring and will go the extra mile for her clients. It's not just about the sale with Lisa.

After we moved in Lisa was kind enough to stop by and give our whole family tickets for Gilroy Gardens and a nice assortment of homegrown vegetables and fresh eggs from her hens. That was very thoughtful and we appreciated the gesture very much.
