I provided a list of 5 properties to Wayne to show us on the next day. Wayne was able to show us 4 of them on such a short notice. He was extremely thorough in his research. He is one of those agents who will provide you all the information that will help you to make a right decision and at the same time he does not throw his personal opinions on you that would confuse you. We finalized on one of the properties and submitted an offer in a couple of days.
