Often as realtors we do not know the credit status or history of a potential new home buyer client. Sherry works well with first time home buyers and also repeat buyers. She has a knack and is successful when working through some difficult credit approval issues with some FHA and USDA loans . She has been helpful when working with buyers who needed some "TLC" regarding credit qualification and guidance on how to improve their credit scores.
