I would recommend Ticor title (lynda, Pamela and Mariah Yee's team) to anyone in the real estate business. Mariah's team has helped propel me to #1 in the Portland market for Umpqua Bank in production. I could not have done it without her and her team. They all bend over backwords to get files closed and quickly resolve any issues.
Also, i would like to send a special shout out to Pamela Magill. She and i work very hard to educate the real estate community with lending changes or new programs that are useful to their toolbox and their business.

Lynda is a fantastic rep. Everytime I've had a question or needed something she is right on it and solves my issues.
I wouldn't use any other title company because the service I receive from TICOR is so far superior to any other title company. We have tried other companies and they fail to compare.

Lynda has been amazing to work with the last 2 years. Anytime I have ever needed anything from Title, Lynda's team at Ticor has been on point. Mariah Yee, Crystal Yee, Candie Nguyen, and Asteria Valusek has been so easy to work with. Whether it is a mobile signing, locating a Note, or any title need they are always there and ALWAYS go the extra mile. I have been VERY lucky to have such an amazing experience with Lynda and her team. It has spoiled me and I am very thankful for them. Never once has there been an issue with a signing or an upset borrower after signing with Title, which is rare.

By working with Lynda and her team of experts, (Mariah, Crystal, Candie and Asteria) I have sussesfully helped hundreds of homeowners reach their financial goals. Not once did a voicemail, email or question go unanswered. Not once during a closing did numbers get messed up. The unreal part about it all is the teams comittment to do the job, whether it is 9 pm on New Years Eve or just 7 pm on a nice Friday in an Oregon Summer.....the client was taken care of. I have tired to work with others and they are fine but if you want to have a mind blowing experience and your client to have the same perception...use and only use Lynda and the Ticor team. I have always used more than one title company so that I can keep my options open. I have recently realized that is not the best policy. I only trust Ticor to be there if all does not go according to plan. All title companies offer the same service between 8-5, it is going above and beyond that separates Lynda and her team
