We hired Dave Lambert to sell our home in Sublimity, OR in November 2014. After moving out of the house in December, Dave was a great help to us and potential buyers. He made special efforts to conduct open houses, both scheduled and impromptu. He was willing to help keep the house looking its best by periodically sweeping the porch, vacuuming and keeping the house looking neat. He also brought in some furniture and lighting to help give the house a lived in look, as our furniture had been moved out. After moving, Dave helped arrange for the carpets to be cleaned and kept us informed about how many potential buyers had viewed the house.
Once we had an offer, Dave was a great help in assisting in the process remotely, and arranged to have us sign most paperwork electronically. He was always great to talk with about how things were going. He was very professional and well informed about real estate marketing and the selling and buying process.
We would recommend Dave to any potential home buyers or sellers who would need to hire a professional for real estate transactions. Great work Dave!
