Recently I sold my house in 3 weeks and got a full listing price. I had interviewed 3 different real estate agents before list my house for sale. After interviews, I chose Melia Campbell because she seems like has outstanding knowledge on real estate and knows the area well. The most important thing was that I could TRUST her. I was living in NM during this process. I planned to visit the home after lease contract expired. She told me she will take care of everything from maintenance to all documents without any extra fees. She did marvelous job! I strongly recommend Melia Campbell to anyone. Oh by the way, She even saved me over a thousand dollars for home repair bill after the home inspector found defects by splitting the cost with home buyer. Assume agent!!!

Melia was able to help us with a challenging sale as we were trying to sell our townhouse. There weren't that many comparables to our home which made it challenging but Melia was patient with us and made it work. Melia is super knowledgeable and having her as our realtor and broker was very helpful. She was able to help with staging and helped our home look the best.
