Christy had a lot of good advice for me on what repairs to focus on and what small improvements would go a long way. My house sold pretty fast, which was a great relief since I had already moved elsewhere. She was very accommodating and was a great advocate for me as a seller, especially since it was my first time with all of this. She's also very knowledgable about the Good Neighbor Next Door program, which other realtors I talked to didn't know much about.

My sister Christy is the strongest person I know. She has amazing attention to detail which serves her well as a real estate broker. It is almost as if this job was created with her in mind. With highly developed social skills, she fits in with many different groups of people. Organization is one of her strengths. Plus, she loves her job! I would recommend anyone to use Christy as a broker.
