Wow, I don’t know where this buying experience ranks on Judy’s scale, but I can tell you that we had many complications. The house flooded a week before closing. Judy handled everything and strongly advocated for our wants and needs. The result after a long two month process was the beautiful house we have always wanted with new flooring, carpeting, and lots more extras we could not have dreamed of asking for.
