Trace Mashburn

I don't know where to start. I have bought and sold a few houses in my 75 years and I can honestly say I have never had such a seamless experience as I have working with Trace.
I am in a city some 1700 miles from my Georgia home. All our communication was done by phone and internet, leaving a great deal of responsibility for Trace on the local level.
He was a star. From getting the grass mowed, reminding me to get local utilities turned on, and all the other details needed close up in selling a home.
We had 3 offers in 3 days and I got my asking price!
