We met Dean McNulty when my husband and I were house-hunting in Salem.
We were immediately impressed by his low-key, no-pressure attitude. He went on to deliver exemplary service.

When we found the house we eventually bought he:
-- Looked the place over as carefully as if HE was buying it himself. That 'second set' of eyes was invaluable in piecing together the home's hidden history and what extras might need repairing. He is the one who first spotted the leaking window in the master bedroom.
-- Made recommendations for an inspector and contractors
-- Was pleasantly aggressive in managing the relationship between the seller's agent and other contractors. He continually checked to make sure the roof and other projects were getting done on time. The seller's agent called him a micro-manager and we were thrilled; we all took it as a compliment.
-- Kept us apprised of all the paperwork. He even helped us process some last-minute loan docs.
--Came to us for the closing....that was completely above and beyond and much appreciated.
--Since we happen to live close to his home, he has even stopped by on occasion to make sure things are going well.
