Edward Hasicka is the best real estate professional for any of your needs. He is quick to reply knowledgeably to questions. He keeps up with the ever-changing rules about rentals and sales that come from governments, co-op boards, banks, etc. He has great ideas, every one of them backed by solid facts. He is also friendly and polite. Doesn’t matter if you’re a renter, buyer, owner – he treats everyone respectfully and responsibly.

I can’t say enough about working with Eddie. He is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. From the very beginning I could tell he had my best interest in mind. He didn’t pressure me to buy a property, he warned me off the ones he thought would be problematic. He helped me weed out the properties to see based on his knowledge of so many buildings in Manhattan. Once I found the property I loved and wanted he figured out the best price to offer - so I didn’t overpay but would beat out the competition- and it worked. He then walked me through every question of the complicated and painstakingly complex co-op application - 27 parts! Answering any questions I had and ensuring that I was submitting the best version of an application that could be submitted - all to make sure we would pass muster with the board. And it worked! He then walked me through the rest of the process - including recommending an attorney (Scott Siegler, who was also fantastic) - and I ended up with an amazing apartment with very little stress or aggravation. I didn’t think it possible!
I would hands down say to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in Manhattan “look no further than Eddie Hasicka”. He is the best of the best. You’d be crazy to use anyone else. And I’d be happy to talk to you in person about it.
