Eddie was very knowledgeable, patient, responsive and professional throughout the time we were searching and through the approval and closing process. We gave him a particular challenge because he had to follow up several times with prospective buildings to ensure the rules allowed for a large pet. He made appointments for us to see various potential units across two boroughs and would talk us through all of the things we should taken into consideration when assessing each place. I truly cannot recommend Eddie highly enough! He lived in my building and over the years has helped me with numerous questions about my apartment.
