Edward Hasicka is the best real estate professional for any of your needs. He is quick to reply knowledgeably to questions. I can’t say enough about working with Eddie. He is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. From the very beginning I could tell he had my best interest in mind. He didn’t pressure me to buy a property, he warned me off the ones he thought would be problematic. He helped me weed out the properties to see based on his knowledge of so many buildings in Manhattan. Once I found the property I loved and wanted he figured out the best price to offer - so I didn’t overpay but would beat out the competition- and it worked. He then walked me through every question of the complicated and painstakingly complex co-op application - 27 parts! Answering any questions I had and ensuring that I was submitting the best version of an application that could be submitted - all to make sure we would pass muster with the board. And it worked! He then walked me through the rest of the process - including recommending an attorney (Scott Siegler, who was also fantastic) - and I ended up with an amazing apartment with very little stress or aggravation. I didn’t think it possible!

Eddie is the best, most capable and well rounded agent I’ve ever met. Thorough, strategic, diligent, knowledgeable, responsive, just to mention a few qualities. We embarked in a multiple year apartment scouting and he has been by our side every step of the way. Definition of excellence. I wish every agent in the industry were half as capable as Eddie. The New York real estate market needs more like him.

Eddie was an absolute joy to work with, in as much as selling my late father's apartment could be. He was pragmatic, responsive, FAST...just knew how to make the sale happen. He knew the property, the players, the market, what needed to be done and when...was it a spectacularly huge sale? No, but it was reasonable on every level in this market.
