I've worked on the "legal side of the house" in Real Estate since the eighties, typing up Special Warranty Deeds, Installment Contracts, reviewing Title Reports for errors or omissions, just about every part of Real Estate on the "back end" except lending and sales. After a while, I drifted into "computer" work, and have been a administrator for a number of years now, at least since 2006. Although I like doing that type of work, and am pretty darn good at it, I get a sense that life has been passing me by while I've been sitting in a cubicle from dawn to dusk, and sometimes way after hours too! Reconciling myself with my need to be around folks and share what I've learned through the years, and seeing that throughout my career I've worked around lawyers and high positioned officials in government and business and have received numerous awards and citations for "good work old chap" - and on occasion a small bonus - I finally made a decision that Real Estate sales could be a step in the right direction. And boy howdy has it been! This past year, I've met some wonderful folks, and am now involved with a team of brokers who are just the nicest folks one would ever want to meet! I've had the opportunity to learn a lot, and have learned a lot, and have found that my past experiences have really, really helped!
