Chelle Bennett

I was born and raised in the NW Portland area and graduated from Sunset High School. After high school I went to PCC to pursue a career in Elementary Education. In 1993 I married Bill Bennett and during this journey we have acquired two wonderfully beautiful kids; Ciara born September 1999 and Zachary born January 2001. Also we have recently added a puppy (Ember) to the mix. Life is busy and exciting every day.
When the kids were little we lived in Cornelius, where I was a stay at home mom, but wanted to move to Helvetia/Orenco area so that our kids could attend West Union Elementary. Our search for the perfect home lasted 9 months, during which I fell in love with the Real Estate world. So in 2006 I got my license, jumped in with both feet and been riding the rollercoaster ride ever since.
I’ve spent years highly involved with the West Union Community Club (PTA) and volunteering in the classroom. Since I already had worked for the Hillsboro School district while in college, I decided to do some substitute work in the Special Education department from 2008-2011, while still running my Real Estate Business and in 2011 the district hired me on permanently and I love every minute of it.

My Real Estate Business is a boutique style of enterprise. My patron list is a humble group that consists of close friends and family. By keeping my circle modest I am able to give exceptional assistance and performance to the people who put their trust and faith in me. My eagerness to help people and make a positive difference is what motivates me and makes my business unlike any other. I specialize in rural property and my neighborhood of Hawthorn Farms but have traveled all over the west side. I've become very knowledgeable about the different school systems, qualities of them, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
