As a New Jersey resident selling property in Florida, I anticipated that the process would be complicated and arduous. John McNeill made it simple! The property listing contained beautiful pictures of the condominium and highlighted its features. Mr. McNeill, who is an expert in property value in the Fort Myers area, priced the condo appropriately and the property sold in ten days at the price I wanted!

I didn't need to worry as Mr. McNeill met the air conditioning maintenance service and actually repaired a few minor problems. The condo needed to be painted prior to the listing and Mr. McNeill recommended a painter and provided him with access to the property. The entire sale process went smoothly.
