I thought the experience was overall enjoyable. The gentleman that I spoke to Steve was accommodating and made up for some minor problems in the beginning of the process. The trade in guy was very nice and very no nonsense. Overall, I always buy Mercedes and instead of going to SF Benz... I will return to the Fairfield location. Thank you again.
