We first met Hagan six months ago. My husband and I were in just to browse and narrow our search for a new car. Hagan assisted us during that first visit and he was incredibly helpful with no pressure. He followed up with several emails and kept in touch. When we returned last week to "browse" again, Hagan was there for us. His incredibly product knowledge, sense of what we were truly looking, and plethora of patience absolutely guided us to our new car. I received excellent customer service from Mr. Hagen Bernecker, in purchasing my 2013 C350 Mercedes Benz. He provided outstanding service in ordering my new vehicle it had all specifications that I requested. He kept in contact with me on the status of the vehicle when it would be built and when it would arrive. When the vehicle arrived he made sure everything was in perfect condition.

I have been a long term BMW customer. I researched Mercedes vehicles before visiting the dealership but still was not sure which vehicle to choose or even if I wanted to go with a Mercedes instead of BMW.
I met Hagen Bernecher and was immediately impressed with his product knowledge. He pointed some of the engineering features of Mercedes vehicles. We test drove various models E-350, GL & ML. He even provided a tape measure. We then measured interior & some exterior dimentions that were not on the spec sheet. We concluded that the interior dimentions, layout, widith & height are exactly the same between the GL & ML. The difference being an extra row of seats in the GL and about 10" more in length of the vehicle. . Also, the Gl was about 700 LBS heaver than the ML mostly from the V-8, and the extra seat row & length.
Hagen took the role of a product consultant rather than a sales person, trying to make a quick sale, which would have turned me off. I was there to research Mercedes vehicles and make an intelligent decision. Hagen was the right person. My decision process was about two weeks, and concluded that the ML was the best choice for what I needed.
I recommend Hagen to anyone interested in Mercedes vehicles.

Special shout out to John for looking at us individually and not basing the decision as to help us solely on our situation. I just want to share with anyone who is in the market for a new or used MBZ that I would recomend they purchase it at your store. I have bought a number of new MBZ over the years but when I purchased our 2013 I can say we were treated the best at your store by the saleman Mr. Hagen Bernecker.

There is only one word to describe my experience of buying a car at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield: MAGICAL
Everyone, and I mean everyone, I encountered at this beautiful new dealership was friendly, professional, and worked toward making my visit a joy.
Hagen Bernecker was my salesperson. His expertise was immediately apparent. His calm presence made me feel so comfortable. There was ZERO pressure to purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and I genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for me.
At other dealerships, it seemed like I was in an adversarial relationship. It always felt like each party was trying to get the better of the other and I had to be on guard at every moment. At Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield, I felt like we were all on the same side. What a breath of fresh air!
I selected a 2000 SL500. I am SO happy with my car. I find myself giggling as I drive down the road! Yes, GIGGLING when just driving straight. Merging on the freeway brings out right laughter. I never knew driving could be this much fun
