My first experience with Mercedes of Fairfield this past Friday was terrific! Sales Consultant Marie Quiambao was fantastic and treated me and my wife with the utmost respect. She consistently demonstrated her commitment to outstanding customer service. Beyond selling us our new E350, Marie went above and beyond to ensure our time was not wasted as our deal made it through the purchasing process. Marie effectively negotiated with the Sales Manager on price and future vehicle services. She carefully reviewed all the features of the vehicle and patiently and competently answered all of our questions. She spoke with the detail department to ensure the presentation of the vehicle was perfect. She accelerated the signature process by making advance arrangements with the Finance Manager. All these customer focused services and arrangements were completed not to simply sell us a car, but rather to establish a long-term business relationship with Marie and the dealership she is proud to represent.

Marie is definitely a valuable asset to MB of Fairfield. Given her abilities, I would anticipate referrals will be plenty. I will certainly let my friends know to see Marie if they are in the market.

I, Udo Grote visit your new modest Mercedes-Benz Dealership Fairfield on 02 18 2012 to look at a C 250. I talked to Sales Manager Marie Quiambao, she was so frindly and qualified after a test drive ,she put me in a new C250 and I drove off. Wiht no highpresser sales I have my highes respect for Marie.
