Other agents will talk you into low-balling the price so that they get a quick sale. But, Mark is more concerned with a quick sale AND a full, fair price for your house.

I have known Mark for many years but it wasn't until recently that I thought it would make sense to ask him for his help. Mark sold our house quickly and for top value, but more importantly his knowledge and experience guided us through the entire process. Selling your home can be a stressful process, but Mark was always there to walk us through the steps and made every part of the transaction smooth. Mark was extremely helpful in taking us through the process of selling my Mom's house. He was very patient with us as we changed plans halfway thru. He took care of all of the inspection requirements and stayed on-top of all the tasks that needed to be completed. He made many phone calls for us and even helped in completing work needed to be done in order to finalize the sale. We recommend Mark if you are looking for a realtor. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely call Mark when it is time to sell our house.

Mark Reale made selling our house easy. He provides a stager to help you prepare your home, and a professional photographer. Both were very knowlegable and easy to work with. He also provides insurance for your appliances should something happen to them once the house is on the market. After the home inspection he was able to help us with contractors to make the required repairs. He was always quick to get back to us whenever we had questions.
