Mark is a great realtor. We had a very complex and contentious situation and Mark saw it though and got us a good deal on selling our house. He is very diplomatic and understands the emotional and financial complexities that may occur with selling a home under difficult circumstances. He has a balanced approach and has a lot of resources that he and bring to bear on any situation. Highly recommend him!

I have known Mark for many years but it wasn't until recently that I thought it would make sense to ask him for his help. We recently closed the purchse of an investment piece of real estate and I can state without any hesitation that Marks guidance and professional expertise was the main reason we had such a wonderful experience and outcome. Mark sold our house quickly and for top value, but more importantly his knowledge and experience guided us through the entire process. Selling your home can be a stressful process, but Mark was always there to walk us through the steps and made every part of the transaction smooth. I wouldn't want anyone else representing me in this important transaction.

His experience in construction was really helpful to identify issues that we would not have thought about and gave us peace of mind when we had questions. He was patient was us as we struggled to find the right place; a lot of agents would have tried to push us to settle for something. I would definitely recommend Mark.

Mark was extremely helpful in taking us through the process of selling my Mom's house. He was very patient with us as we changed plans halfway thru. He took care of all of the inspection requirements and stayed on-top of all the tasks that needed to be completed. He made many phone calls for us and even helped in completing work needed to be done in order to finalize the sale. We recommend Mark if you are looking for a realtor. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely call Mark when it is time to sell our house.

Mark was awesome! He listened and took time to help and answer our never ending questions.
