We worked with Arlyn on three transactions, selling our rental property, selling our primary residence and purchasing our new home. With Arlyn’s help we accomplished all three in 8 months. He understands the market extremely well, and gave us very accurate advice about how to price our house and how to get it ready for sale. He was very proactive in getting the property out there and feeling out interest, and as a result, it sold before even hitting the market officially. He was supportive and helpful with all kinds of resources for help getting everything cleared out, making minor repairs, and securing snow shoveling when I was going to be on the other side of the country. Arlyn was very easy to work with and made a difficult situation (clearing out and selling a loved one’s home) much more bearable and feel like a success. I would work with Arlyn again in a heartbeat.
