Arlyn was great to work with from beginning to the end. He came in with a plan and we followed it, including his emphasis on getting it listed ASAP since it was a good time in the market. We had multiple bidders within just a day of listing it. We then had multiple complications with the buyer that Arlyn helped us work through and still get the deal done. He was always easy to get a hold off, has a pleasant personality, and he's diligent. He is skill in dealing with people and understanding the intricacies of real estate transactions. He did a lot of follow up that many of realtors would have missed. At one critical point in the negotiation with the buyer, when we were lacking paperwork that the buyer's lawyer was demanding, he was willing to go way above and beyond in order to obtain those documents. We sold the condo for well over the asking price and closed a little over a month after listing it. We were very happy that we found him for our sale!
