Arlyn represented us when we sold our house and we recommend him 100%. He says what he will do, and then he does it, which is all too rare and valuable. He understands the market extremely well, and gave us very accurate advice about how to price our house and how to get it ready for sale. His photography for Zillow and virtual staging are exceptional -- we believe that helped us get about 15 showings and multiple offers in the first week of the listing. Arlyn made a difficult task much easier when it came to selling my mother’s house. His knowledge of the latest localized buying trends helped set the right price for the house. He was very proactive in getting the property out there and feeling out interest, and as a result, it sold before even hitting the market officially. He was supportive and helpful with all kinds of resources for help getting everything cleared out, making minor repairs, and securing snow shoveling when I was going to be on the other side of the country. Arlyn was very easy to work with and made a difficult situation (clearing out and selling a loved one’s home) much more bearable and feel like a success. I would work with Arlyn again in a heartbeat.
