Last year when my son and his wife bought their home in Gulfport, Paul Williams was there realtor. My son told me numerous times what a great realtor Paul was. When I decided to move to Gulfport recently, I knew that I would use Paul as my realtor.

I am so happy with Paul. He is kind, polite, helpful and very knowledgable. He listened to what I was looking for in a house, and he very diligently looked until he found the perfect home for me. He was very nice and friendly, and he patiently answered all of my questions. He walked me through the entire home-buying process, and made everything very easy for me. He went above and beyond to help me in my move from Texas to Mississippi.

I am so grateful for Paul, and I would definitely recommend him as a realtor to anybody who is looking for a home in the Gulf Coast!

Paul was referred to us from the lender we were working with and we were fortunate to have found him. He immediately reached out and got to work helping us find a place. I just want to say that Paul was great to work with. I never once felt as though he was just trying to make a sale or rush me into something that I wasn't ready for. He always keep in contact with me to see if I needed anything, due to the fact that I was still out of state. He was very professional in all aspects of this journey. It felt more like a big brother guiding me through my first home purchase. I would recommend Mr. Williams to anyone trying to find a home.

Paul is an excellent overall human being. He is very thorough and meticulous in his works and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best service is rendered. Paul was with us through every step of the way with the sale of a property. It took quite some time due to title issues having to be rectified and Paul was there throughout the entire ordeal. I live in California but owned a rental property in Biloxi, Ms. I recently decided to sell this property. I was referred to Paul and it turned out to be a very good thing. After the tenants moved out it turned out that there was a fair amount of damage. I needed to find a contractor to repair the property. To make a long story short, Paul found a great contractor to do the repairs. Then I need additional work on the HVAC system and he found someone for that. He also got someone to pressure was the house and mow the lawn. To put it simply he got everything I needed to get the house ready to sell. He also supervised the process since I could not do it from out of state. On top of all that he turned out to be a really nice person and he made what started out to be a rather hectic experience in a pretty pleasant one. All I can say is that I can't recommend him any higher. If you use Paul for you real estate needs you will be very pleased. Thank you again, Paul.

This was my first home and he helped to make this experience smooth and painless. His cooperation with my loan company even allowed us to close earlier than the original closing date.
