I completed my master's degree at Cal State Hayward in finance and have also completed my Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI) training as well. Additionally, I am a Certified New Home Specialist(CNHS). All of this training has prepared me to be the most effective real estate professional that I can be. I have been nationally recognized as an agent in the 99th percentile for the past three years, and do not intend on changing that any time soon. Moreover, I have received the Pinnacle award and have been recognized by the Bay East Association of Realtors for outstanding achievements for the past three consecutive years.
Aside from being one of the highest producing and most efficient realtors in the Bay Area, I have also been a native of the area since 1990. Working with Kim Deol exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. She even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
Kim was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our options and put together the offer for brand new property. We got heavy discount from builder and still had time to build our dream home. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. She helped us at the design center to pic our options. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our home building. I highly recommend Kim!
