NextHome as a whole has all the tools I need to efficiently run my business and they are constantly on the look out for what's around the corner. Whether it's preparing for a market shift or just new processes to save us time and money, NextHome is on top of it. Our local office is small which allows us to really connect and everyone is more than willing to help one another. I feel that I was given the training needed to hit the ground running as a new agent. And now, three years later, I've seen significant growth in my business that has exceeded my own beliefs of what I was capable of!

I joined NextHome Cape Fear in February 2019 and have found the culture and the vision of this company to be very refreshing.
