I do not live in Wilmington so when I started looking for homes in Wilmington I started inquiring online and soon after Krista called and a few days later we met with her and immediately felt comfortable and knew she was a highly capable realtor. She was easy to communicate with and listened to our needs. She presented many options on houses in the area which led to us finding the perfect home! We are so happy she made that call!

After driving around with her for a few days and showing us a couple dozen houses. I personally think that Trisha is probably the best realtor in the whole United States. She knows the business inside and out and I would and will recommend her to anyone that ever asks me if I know of a good realtor. When she shows a house , she will inspect it while looking at it and recommend the good the bad and the ugly. She became our friend.
