After driving around with her for a few days and showing us a couple dozen houses. I personally think that Trisha is probably the best realtor in the whole United States. She knows the business inside and out and I would and will recommend her to anyone that ever asks me if I know of a good realtor. When she shows a house , she will inspect it while looking at it and recommend the good the bad and the ugly. She became our friend.

Trisha put quality over quantity when it came to helping me secure a home. What I mean by quality is I was not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize herself with what I was comfortable with when purchasing a home. Trisha was always 100% professional, patient with my asks and changing ideas, knew when to be aggressive in order to get me under contract, and was an excellent negotiator on my behalf!
