I can't say enough about Judy and Allan Wagner. Their company, Next home Mountain Realty, was recommended to us by a neighbor to help with the sale of our mother's summer residence in Boone, NC. We could not have found a more informed and helpful company to work with. If we had questions on anything concerning the sale, they were there to answer them. They advised us as to what we needed to do to and had information available for us to select appraisers, inspectors etc. and knew the regulations needed for Watauga County. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they were available to talk with you any time you needed them.
Our Mother's home was sold recently. Should we ever have property to sell in Watauga County again, Judy and Allan will be the realtors that we will contact.

Judy was recommended by a friend and we are so lucky to have gotten that recommendation! She sent us listings prior to our trip to Boone so had a good idea of what we were looking for. When we did come down from Wisconsin it only took a day and a half to find the perfect home and we were able to move in a month later.

When my husband and I embarked on the search for a second home, we were blessed to cross paths with Judy and Allan Wagner. Deciding to purchase a second home, and managing the process long distance can be a bit daunting. Judy and Allan really listened to what we were looking for, respected our budget constraints, and went the extra mile to help us make the most out of our home search. Their knowledge of the market, feedback on the features and quality of the homes we took interest in, and their heart felt enthusiasm for our pursuit let us know we were in the best hands possible. From start to finish, which I might add was only 3 months from first contact to closing, Judy and Allan held our hands long distance, and really went the extra mile to ensure a seamless process. From the time they helped us write up an offer, until the day we took possession of the keys at closing, we could not have had a better experience.
